Talent Fast Track (Latin America)

At Lateral, we build digital products on time, on budget, and on quality. We're looking for software engineers, architects, and ML practitioners based in Latin America who want to work on technically demanding, often ambiguous problems where the work itself is the reward.

You'll own problems that matter. Your decisions will shape what gets built. You'll work with people who can make you better. And there won't be layers of approval, politics, or bureaucracy between you and the work itself.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software engineering, architecture, or ML
• Ability to think at the system level and execute at the implementation level
• Comfort in ambiguous situations and ability to create structure
• Commitment to high-quality work and craftsmanship
