Someone who can think at the system level and execute at the implementation level. Who asks the right questions before anyone else does. Who moved without needing perfect information. Who cares about craft because shipping mediocre work genuinely bothers them.
If you need a clearly scoped role or constant direction to do your best work, this won’t be the right fit. But if you can create structure in ambiguity and make everyone around you sharper just by being there, we want to talk.
