About the Position

As Boosta continues to launch new businesses, we’re constantly creating new opportunities for talented professionals. That’s why we’re looking for a Talent Marketing Specialist who will help strengthen our employer brand, increase company awareness among candidates, and attract top talent to our ecosystem.

Remote Full-Time | Marketing

Responsibilities

• Execute the Talent Marketing strategy;
• Organize hackathons, meetups, intensives, internship programs, and other hiring initiatives;
• Launch educational schools from scratch, from concept development to execution;
• Build partnerships with universities, educational programs, and professional communities;
• Create and execute creative hiring campaigns;
• Analyze the effectiveness of Talent Marketing initiatives and identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Marketing, Employer Branding, or event management;
• Hands-on experience launching and delivering hackathons, internal schools, and bootcamps;
• Proven experience organizing end-to-end events;
• A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative concepts;
• A results-driven approach, taking full ownership of initiatives and making data-informed decisions;
• The ability to work autonomously and lead projects from idea to execution;
• High standards for results and the motivation to take on ambitious challenges.
