Responsibilities

Talent Program Management

  • Own the full lifecycle of Talent Programs, from business case development and launch decisions to graduate placement and program evaluation.
  • Assess business demand and define program strategy, roadmap, and success criteria.
  • Evaluate program ROI, financial effectiveness, and business impact to support management decision-making.
  • Develop recommendations on launching, scaling, redesigning, or discontinuing programs.
  • Explore sustainable talent utilization models, including internal hiring, talent pools, outsourcing, and strategic partnerships.
  • Ensure high-quality execution across all program stages.

Business Partnership

  • Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and hiring needs.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable talent programs.
  • Coordinate SMEs, mentors, and hiring managers throughout the program.

Learning Experience

  • Coordinate curriculum development with internal experts.
  • Oversee participant journey, assessments, and graduation process.
  • Ensure an engaging and effective learning experience.

Talent Assessment & Transition

  • Evaluate participant performance and potential throughout the program.
  • Facilitate talent review and hiring decisions together with business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate graduate placement into relevant teams.
  • Support onboarding and successful integration of program graduates.
  • Monitor graduate performance during the early employment stage.

Program Operations & Analytics

  • Manage program governance, communications, and delivery.
  • Track KPIs, program effectiveness, and business impact.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement

  • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders.
  • Benchmark market best practices.
  • Drive improvements and scale Talent Programs across new business functions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Program, Project, Talent Development, or Learning Management.
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives from planning to delivery.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders to identify talent or workforce needs.
  • Experience using data and KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness and support decision-making.
  • Strong stakeholder management, planning, and organizational skills.
