Talent Recruiter

About the Position

We are seeking a Talent Recruiter for temporary support to our HR-team in Brussels. Your scope will be the Belgian headquarters as well as the branches located in different European countries (France, Germany, Italy, UK, and the Netherlands).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle recruitment process: understanding the business needs, sourcing, CV screening and interviewing, coordination of tests, and conducting the job offer negotiations for different types of profiles.
• Work with recruiting team members and hiring managers to develop and execute the sourcing strategy.
• Act as a Trusted Partner for business and candidates, establishing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure data quality and keep records up to date in the recruitment tool.

Requirements

• HR Recruiter Mid Level
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a similar field
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in the insurance or financial sectors
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English, Dutch, and French
• Passion for working with people and a competency-based approach
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong business acumen to translate business needs into defined talent pipelines and sourcing strategy
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Experience with ATS-tools (knowledge of Cegid/Talentsoft is a plus)
