Responsibilities

Find, engage, and activate passive candidates through the use of LinkedIn and alternative search techniques
Work closely with Recruiters to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function, and how it fits into the company
Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research and sourcing campaigns
Screen resumes to determine basic qualifications
Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas

Requirements

Great organizational, documentation, time-management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work as part of a team, but also deliver results on your own
Experience developing and executing candidate generation and research techniques
Experience screening resumes to match qualifications
Experience approaching passive candidates
Lead generation, sourcing
English language skills
Genuine interest towards recruiting and growth companies
Relevant work experience

Nice to Have

Strong online research skills
Good skills with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Relevant sourcing / recruiting experience
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Some technical role understanding
Experience working with IT professionals
