About the Position
We are growing rapidly and are looking for a Talent Sourcer to strengthen our recruitment team. Responsibilities
- Actively source candidates, with a primary focus on marketing and tech positions.
- Use LinkedIn, X-Ray, Boolean search, as well as engage candidates through Telegram, professional communities, and alternative resources.
- Analyze the candidate market to develop effective sourcing strategies depending on the position.
- Maintain candidate information in the internal database (Jira, ATS).
- Publish job openings on job boards, Telegram channels, and other relevant platforms.
- Continuously expand the network of contacts and build an active candidate pipeline, taking into account the team’s future hiring needs.
- Optimize sourcing channels to improve hiring efficiency.
- Provide feedback to candidates throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer.
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Telegram, and other platforms.
- Experience working with both tech and non-tech (digital marketing/analytics) vacancies.
- Strong copywriting skills for creating personalized outreach messages to candidates.
- Strong multitasking and self-management skills.
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
