Talent Sourcer

We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our dynamic and multicultural team at PIN-UP. This role offers an exciting and challenging opportunity to be part of a fast-growing business group. As a Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates for various roles, working remotely or on-site in our beautiful offices in Warsaw, Limassol, Kyiv, Almaty, Yerevan.

Responsibilities

• Search for passive candidates using various sources, including LinkedIn, Google search, ATS, HeadHunter, and other tools.
• Coordinate vacancy postings via different job boards.
• Contact potential candidates through different channels.
• Maintain a talent database and review applicants from corporate job sites and other postings.
• Develop a sourcing strategy for finding candidates in new locations.
• Create talent pipelines for future needs.
• Work with recruitment tools (Jira, ATS).
• Cooperate with Recruiters to build a correct sourcing strategy for finding candidates.
• Schedule initial interviews with external candidates for recruiters.
• Develop professional networks, promote the company’s brand, and analyze market information.
• Participate in other projects that affect hiring efficiency.
• Keep track of sourcing metrics and report on progress.
• Ensure accurate filling of Jira, ATS, and recruitment dashboard documents.
• Monitor that job openings timely transition through necessary status stages.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Sourcer/Researcher or similar role.
• Experience with non-tech vacancies.
• Understanding of candidate sourcing principles and recruitment process.
• Understanding of job market trends.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and big team, and on multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Attention to detail, communication, and time-management skills.
• Result orientation and desire to learn.
• Spoken Ukrainian or Russian, B1+ level of English.

Nice to Have

• Experience sourcing candidates for traffic-related positions (Media Buyer, Affiliate Manager, PPC Specialist, SMM Manager, etc.).
• Experience in gambling companies/products.
