Your Team

You will work in the Talent Acquisition team with us: Віталій (TA Lead), Валерія, and Анна (TA Specialists). We love automations and actively use AI (we have our own custom tools, extensions, and agents that simplify work), so you will have someone to brainstorm with. And we can, and must, honestly say “this doesn’t work,” bring in strange hypotheses, and be a partner in crime in recruiting.

Your Areas of Influence

• Sourcing specialists for tech and non-tech directions, from Junior to C-level, in the Ukrainian market.
• Ownership of the full sourcing process for vacancies: from agreeing on the profile to building an effective sourcing strategy and stable funnel filling.
• Automation of manual tasks in sourcing and recruiting operations.
• Working with various AI tools and continuously searching for new ones.
• Testing different approaches to scoring, outreach, data structure, and conversion quality.

We Feel Comfortable Together If You:

• Have experience in sourcing / talent research.
• Know how to work with Boolean / X-Ray, evaluate profiles, and search for people in various non-standard sources.
• Have experience using AI - with specific cases and measurable results.
• Love working with numbers and conducting A/B tests: response rate, conversions, outreach effectiveness.
• Think systemically: can break down the process into stages, find weak points, test solutions, and analyze results.
• Live in Kyiv and are ready for an office-first format.
