This is not a classic sourcing role.

As a Talent Sourcer at A-Players, you’re not “supporting recruiters” or sending generic outreach. You are a strategic researcher and signal-finder who operates in an AI-native way, using modern tools to research, map markets, and identify real A-Players who are rarely actively looking and hard to spot.

You’ll work closely with Talent Partners and clients, dive deep into each role and company context, and own sourcing strategy end-to-end.

About the Position

Embark on a journey with A-Players, where you will be instrumental in building impactful teams for world-changing startups. As a Talent Sourcer, you will leverage AI tools and strategic research to find top talent in the US and EU markets.

Responsibilities

Sourcing Strategy: Deeply understand the client’s product, culture, and hiring goals. Build sourcing hypotheses and identify non-obvious talent pools.
High-Signal Candidate Identification: Use LinkedIn, Boolean search, GitHub, referrals, and creative sourcing methods to find top talent.
Personalized Outreach: Craft thoughtful, highly personalized messages tailored to each candidate’s background and career trajectory.
Collaboration: Work closely with Talent Partners and clients, sharing insights and joining interviews or client calls when helpful.
Process & Craft Improvement: Contribute to improving sourcing playbooks, scripts, and tooling, and share learnings about market shifts and emerging talent hubs.

Requirements

Experience: 1+ years of sourcing experience in tech (preferred)
Skills: Proficiency with LinkedIn, Boolean search, and modern sourcing tools
Language: Strong written English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
Availability: Full-time availability (not a freelance or side role)

Clients:
- ~60% US
- ~35% Europe
- ~5% Ukraine (impact-driven companies)
Search Focus:
- Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Leadership roles
- Senior and hard-to-hire profiles
- US and EU markets primarily
