About the Position

Responsibilities
- Analyzing business processes and finding ways to improve and optimize them;
- Preparing analytical reports and proposals for company management;
- Automating management reports using BI tools, including Tableau;
- Supporting, developing, and improving existing reports and dashboards;
- Collecting and organizing requirements for preparing analytical and management reports;
- Providing easy access to information for business units;
- Testing hypotheses and preparing initial samples of reports and visualizations.
Requirements
- Higher education in economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, or similar fields;
- At least one year of work experience in analysis in a bank or other credit or financial institution of the Republic of Tajikistan;
- Proficiency in Tajik and Russian languages at an advanced level in writing and speaking. Knowledge of English is preferred;
- Systematic thinking and attention to detail, quality of work, and deadlines;
- Knowledge of MS Excel;
- Data visualization skills, experience with Tableau, and knowledge of SQL;
- Knowledge of Python at the data analysis level.
