About the Position
Our sales and marketing department is growing, and we’re looking for a Target Marketing Specialist who can drive predictable inbound lead flow and help us scale.
Responsibilities
- Launch and manage advertising campaigns (Meta / Google / LinkedIn).
- Test hypotheses, creatives, and audiences - quickly and systematically.
- Build funnels for SMB / startup audiences.
- Optimise CPL and lead quality based on feedback from the sales team.
- Analyse campaigns and provide transparent weekly reports.
Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience in targeted advertising.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, custom audiences, lookalikes.
- Experience generating B2B leads (preferably for IT, SaaS, or services).
- Confident with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making.
Nice to Have
- Experience targeting US/EU/UA B2B markets.
- Understanding of IT outsourcing/outstaffing specifics.
- Ability to work closely with sales & SDR teams.
- English B1+
