About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Targetologist to manage advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Telegram Ads for our organization.
Responsibilities
- Launching advertising campaigns in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Telegram Ads
- Testing hypotheses and scaling successful audience + creative connections
- Regularly optimizing bids, budgets, and placements
- Creating reports and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness
Requirements
- Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok Ads, Telegram Ads
- Skills in working with Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Conversion API
- Understanding of the structure and logic of funnels in social networks
- Experience with A/B testing of creatives and audiences
- Ability to analyze campaign effectiveness through Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or third-party tracking systems
- Skills in setting technical tasks for designers, copywriters, and video editors

At what age can one join Azov?
You can join the 12th Special Purpose Brigade "Azov" of the 1st Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine "Azov" from the age of 18.
How long does the basic combat training course last?
The basic combat training course lasts approximately 6-8 weeks. We pay close attention to the training of personnel, carefully training recruits and preparing them to perform combat tasks. For the brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine "Azov", professionalism and cohesion of the unit, as well as the value of each individual fighter, have always been a priority.
If transferred to a unit, do you need to complete the basic combat training course?
Servicemen who join our brigade by transfer must pass the entry control standards. If they fail to meet the standards, they must complete the basic combat training course.
What type of contract and for how long?
Contracts until the demobilization decree. Mobilization until the end of the state of war is also available. If a recruit is transferred from another unit with a signed contract, that contract is transferred to the 12th Brigade "Azov" of the National Guard of Ukraine.
What documents are required?
- Copy of passport (all pages), if ID card, then the appendix
- Copy of TIN
- Original conscription / military ticket (must be on the military registration and enlistment office list)
- Photos 3×4 - 4 pcs., 9×12 - 2 pcs. Photos must be matte, without corners and in the form of cartoons (you can have them taken at a photo studio)
- Copy of diploma/certificate of education, if available (secondary specialized, higher) + appendix with grades
- Personal account details (preferably PrivatBank or Oschadbank), the card must be "For payments"
- Certificate of no criminal record from the MIA (Full)
Is there a contract 18-24 in Azov?
Yes. Contract 18-24 is available for signing in the 12th Brigade "Azov". All payments, benefits, and bonuses provided for in the terms of contract 18-24 apply to young volunteers who wish to sign a contract and begin 365 days of service in a professional unit.
Is there a transfer from the Armed Forces of Ukraine to the National Guard of Ukraine?
Yes. Servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine can transfer to the National Guard of Ukraine online, in the "Army+" application. Transfers are also available to the "Azov" brigade. When filling out the transfer application, you need to select the 12th Special Purpose Brigade "Azov" (unit number 3057) from the list of units. Before filling out the transfer application, you need to obtain a recommendation letter from our recruiters.
