Tax Analyst

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a passionate and hands-on Transfer Pricing Associate to join our dynamic tax team in Barcelona, Spain. Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end preparation and submission of Corporate Income Tax, Value Added Tax, and Withholding Tax returns across various jurisdictions.
• Manage and track communications received from Tax Authorities.
• Support the preparation of tax provisions, deferred tax calculations, and year-end financial statement disclosures.
• Coordinate tax audit defense by preparing workpapers, gathering evidentiary documentation, and streamlining communication with tax authorities.
• Track changes in tax legislation and assess the potential impact on business operations and new product initiatives.
• Assist in identifying and implementing automation opportunities to optimize global tax compliance processes.
• Support the Group subsidiaries in the fulfillment of local Transfer Pricing formalities.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
• Good command of Microsoft Office suite (Excel is a must) and/or G-Suite environment.
• Organized and detail-oriented person.
• Problem-solving skills and a get-things-done attitude.
• Efficiency, flexibility, and proactiveness.
• Team worker.
• Ambition, curiosity, self-motivation, and a positive and proactive approach to work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced English. Other languages are a plus.
