Responsibilities

• Own tax and transfer pricing matters across Poland and selected Group entities in Germany, Austria, and Italy.
• Coordinate intercompany transactions, transfer pricing documentation, and cooperation with Finance and Controlling teams.
• Ensure tax compliance and oversee the preparation of tax filings and reports, including CIT, VAT, WHT, DAC7, and KSeF-related obligations.
• Support tax and financial audits and cooperate with external tax advisors.
• Review contracts and provide tax guidance for business initiatives and projects.
• Monitor tax law changes and advise stakeholders on their business impact.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of tax experience with strong knowledge of Polish tax regulations (CIT, VAT, WHT).
• Familiarity with tax reporting, accounting standards, and transfer pricing.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Proactive, independent, and comfortable working in an international environment.
