Job Description, Responsibilities & Requirements

About the Position

We are seeking a Team Lead Business Analysis with a proven track record in complex environments to join our remote team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all product needs are accurately captured, structured, and documented.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business analysis activities for launching a new domain.
  • Act as the primary bridge and mediator between the Product team and the Technical team, translating product vision into detailed technical requirements.
  • Gather, elicit, and thoroughly write comprehensive business and functional requirements (User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, etc.).
  • Actively manage and groom the backlog, clarify complex logic for developers, and ensure the final technical delivery aligns with product expectations.

Requirements

  • Exceptional core Business Analysis skills with a proven track record of eliciting, structuring, and writing clear, high-quality technical and functional requirements.
  • Previous experience working in complicated, dynamic environments with a high level of uncertainty and complex cross-unit dependencies.
  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and backlog management.
  • Strong ability to break down complex business logic into actionable development tasks.

Nice to Have

  • Productive experience in the iGaming industry, specifically with casino games and slot mechanics.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
  • Experience with API documentation.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and UX research principles.

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional ability to act as a "translator" between non-technical stakeholders (Product) and technical teams (Development/QA).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across business and technical domains.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset, high adaptability, and the ability to navigate high-uncertainty environments independently.
