Your tasks will include:
- You are the central contact person for our instructors in the retraining program, focusing on vocational informatics.
- You lead and develop a team of instructors on a professional level.
- You support and promote the professional and personal development of your employees.
- You are responsible for and ensure the quality of teaching and the continuous development of our teaching concepts and formats.
- You manage the creation, development, and updating of teaching materials for IT retraining and support IT further education when needed.
- You work closely with other departments to continuously improve processes, coordination with the IHK, processes, and offerings.
- You have experience in teaching and supporting retrainees from instruction through project work to support in the application process.
In short: You ensure that our retraining works – professionally sound, personally supported.
Your Profile
You bring:
- A completed vocational training, ideally in the IT field, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in IHK-supported retraining and teaching, ideally in the support and training of IT specialists.
- Practical experience in data and process analysis with method and framework knowledge. Interest in databases, data analysis, and process modeling, as well as the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new trends.
- Experience in professional guidance or development, ideally of instructors.
- Solid subject matter expertise in at least one of the following areas: software development, IT infrastructure, data analysis, process management, or digitalization.
- Strong didactic and communicative skills and a passion for conveying knowledge in an understandable and practical manner.
- An attentive, appreciative, and participant-oriented attitude.
- Very good German language skills in speech and writing.
This would be a plus:
- AEVO-Schein (AdA), Train the Trainer, or a comparable pedagogical qualification.
- Experience with digital learning formats and learning management systems.
- Experience in the creation and production of teaching content, including teaching materials, learning target controls, exams, exercises, etc.
