• You are the central contact person for our lecturers in the retraining program, because you…

  • Lead and develop a team of lecturers in the retraining area (focus: IT) on a professional level.
  • Support and promote the professional and personal development of your employees.
  • Ensure and secure the quality of instruction and the continuous development of our teaching concepts and formats.
  • Manage the creation, development, and updating of teaching materials for IT retraining and support IT continuing education as needed.
  • Work closely with other departments to continuously develop processes, coordination with the IHK, processes, and offers.
  • Have experience in teaching and accompanying retrainees from instruction through project work to support in the application process.

In short: You ensure that our retraining works – professionally sound, personally supported.

Your Profile

You bring:

• A completed education, ideally in the IT field, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in IHK-funded retraining and teaching, ideally in the guidance and training of IT specialists.
• Practical experience in data and process analysis with method and framework knowledge. Interest in databases, data analysis, and process modeling, as well as the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new trends.
• Experience in professional guidance or development, ideally of lecturers.
• Solid professional knowledge in at least one of the following areas: software development, IT infrastructure, data analysis, process management, or digitalization.
• Strong didactic and communicative skills and a passion for conveying knowledge in an understandable and practical manner.
• An attentive, appreciative, and participant-oriented attitude.
• Very good German language skills in speech and writing.

This would be a plus:

• AEVO-Schein (AdA), Train the Trainer, or a comparable pedagogical qualification.
• Experience with digital learning formats and learning management systems.
• Experience in the creation and production of teaching content, including teaching materials, learning goal controls, exams, exercises, etc.
