Team Lead IT Human Resources (m/f/d)

You are an experienced HR IT professional who enjoys taking ownership, leading teams, and driving change. Combining technical expertise with strong stakeholder management skills, you help shape innovative and reliable HR solutions that make a real impact.

Responsibilities

• Take over accountability of an HR IT Product Team with a strong focus on delivery and operational excellence.
• Lead and develop a distributed team within the Applications Shared Services domain.
• Shape the future of our HR IT landscape by developing a product strategy & roadmap with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
• Align priorities and create business value together with HR stakeholders across Group, Business Area, and local company levels.
• Coordinate demands and tasks together with the team from concept to implementation.
• Ensure smooth HR IT operations, high service quality, and continuous improvement.
• Foster a collaborative team culture that encourages knowledge sharing and supports individual growth and development.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in HR IT, ideally in an international environment.
• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and the implementation of HR processes.
• Experience in managing international projects and delivering modern application services.
• Familiarity with IT service management principles and delivery models, including On-Premise, Hybrid, and Cloud environments.
• Proven experience in leading and developing teams.
• Excellent German and English skills, strong communication, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of HR-related initiatives.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Cloud environments.
• Additional international experience.
• Expertise in project management.
