About the Position
Pricer24 is a Ukrainian product company. We create a SaaS platform for e-commerce, used by Rozetka, Comfy, Епіцентр, Kingston, Philips, and other large businesses.
Our product helps clients analyze the market, monitor competitors, and make data-driven decisions.
To ensure clients see results, it's not enough to simply connect an account. Behind every launch is a team of matchers who configure the platform, ensure data quality, and help clients quickly gain value from the product.
We are growing and launching our third matching team. For this team, we are opening the position of Delivery Lead.
Responsibilities
🚀 What will be in your job
You will work with your own matcher team and gradually become the main person responsible for its results.
Focus areas:
- Organization of team work: task distribution, prioritization, and workload management
- Conducting regular 1-on-1 meetings, employee development, and feedback
- Onboarding new clients-from account setup to the first stable release
- Quality control of matching and completeness of product coverage
- Interaction with Sales, Support, and other teams
- Identifying bottlenecks in processes and proposing improvements
- Maintaining order in tasks, deadlines, and communication
We don't expect you to overhaul all processes from day one. But we do expect you to gradually notice what can be done better and initiate these changes.
Requirements
🧠 What is important for us
Must-have
- Experience managing a team of 5 or more people
- Experience in task distribution, work prioritization, and deadline monitoring
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables)
- Experience working with large datasets: quality checks, pattern and anomaly detection
- Basic understanding of project management: planning, task decomposition, and progress tracking
Will be a plus
- Experience in e-commerce
- Understanding of parsing and product matching processes
- Experience with marketplaces or product feeds
- English at B2+ level
