Team Lead Marketing

About the Position

API2Cart is a product IT company that provides a unified API interface for integration with 60+ e-commerce platforms. We are looking for a driven Team Lead Marketing to manage our marketing team and turn AI tools into our main competitive advantage.

🎯 Your Role:

You will become the bridge between the product's business goals and their technical implementation. Your task is not just to manage people, but to build a system where every process (from SEO to Ads) works as efficiently as possible through automation and AI.

Responsibilities

• People Management: Managing a team of specialists (content, SEO, PPC). Establishing processes for task setting in Jira: deadline control, clarity of requirements, and feedback.
• AI-Driven Workflow: Implementing artificial intelligence in the team's daily routine (from generating content plans and newsletters to automating reporting).
• Performance & Growth: Organizing and optimizing advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Quora). Analyzing the effectiveness of channels using AI forecasting.
• Content & SEO Strategy: Controlling the creation of technical content based on the semantic core. Using AI for site auditing and improving the UX/UI of landing pages.
• Competitive Intelligence: In-depth analysis of the e-commerce integration niche, tracking trends, and quickly adapting marketing activities to market demands.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 2 years in Digital Marketing. Experience in team/project management for at least 1 year.
• AI Expertise: Ability to build prompts, use automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Claude, Midjourney), and train the team in this.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to work with large data sets in Google Sheets, understanding funnel metrics (CTR, CPC, CR, CAC).
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) and above-most of our clients and partners are on Western markets.
• Technical Literacy: Understanding what an API is (at least at a conceptual level) and the ability to work with Jira/Confluence.
