About the Position
Masons Traffic, part of the Masons Group ecosystem with over 7 years of experience in arbitrage and traffic purchasing, is looking for a Team Lead Media Buyer to join our remote team. We have a turnkey infrastructure: our own creative production, an internal agency with advertising offices, a tech department, and a strong BizDev team.
We focus on systemic profit, scale, and real results.
🎯 Tasks
- Team Management: Assigning tasks, monitoring, and developing the team.
- Process Optimization: Building and optimizing processes within the team.
- Personal Account Management and Scaling: Managing and scaling work connections.
- Profit Responsibility: Accountability for the team's overall profit.
- Testing New Hypotheses and Strategies: Experimenting with new hypotheses, strategies, and funnels.
- Deep Analysis of Uploads: Analyzing all key metrics (CR, CPA, ROI, LTV, etc.).
- Working with Facebook Ads (Andromeda): Scaling ad volumes.
- Collaboration: Working with creative, tech, and affiliate departments.

- You have experience managing a team of buyers.
- You confidently work with Facebook Ads in the Gambling sector.

- You can handle large volumes while maintaining quality.
- You have relevant cases from the last 3 months.
- You think in numbers and can make decisions based on analytics.
