About the Position

Team Lead Media Buyer / PPC - Lumiere Solutions

Lumiere specializes in lead generation for various verticals, including traffic arbitrage. We are looking for a Team Lead capable of taking responsibility for team management and high-volume traffic acquisition with a high ROI. We offer 50% of the ROI, a flexible schedule, and the option to work in the office or remotely. Any vertical is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Search and test new traffic sources, find working combinations
• Manage the team, build and optimize business processes
• Analyze the work and errors of each specialist weekly and individually
• Maintain and control reporting and analytics of current advertising campaigns
• Work with Facebook as a traffic source for arbitrage (we provide budgets for "spilling" traffic)

Requirements

• Experience of 2+ years in Media Buying (blackhat themes) and team management
• Understanding of all business processes in arbitrage, down to the technical details
• Experience working with large budgets from $1k daily
• Knowledge of all nuances of purchases and campaign management in FB and Google
• Ability to motivate people and lead them
