About the Position
We are seeking a Team Lead of LeadGen Unit to manage leadgen verticals, media buying, and campaign optimization across various platforms. This role requires extensive experience in leading leadgen verticals, managing sales and media buying across mainstream dating, insurance, home services, sweepstakes, finance leadgen, and search arbitrage.
Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and upskill a team of client partners and media planners, set goals, monitor KPIs, and coordinate work toward measurable business outcomes.
- Develop and execute traffic-selling strategies for leadgen verticals across social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, NewsBreak) and search platforms (Google, Microsoft).
- Demonstrate deep understanding of leadgen verticals (sales and performance): mainstream dating, insurance (auto, health, home), home services, sweepstakes, finance leadgen, search arbitrage, etc.
- Analyze client KPIs and campaign performance, leading multi-geo acquisition strategies, designing and executing hypothesis-driven tests across creatives, bidding, and funnels, and prioritizing initiatives based on impact and ROI.
- Communicate with the tech department regarding clients' needs in setting up tracking and attribution systems, including Pixel/CAPI, UTMs, and server-to-server integrations.
- Deliver data-driven insights through the interpretation of large datasets and trend evaluation.
- Ensure a superior client experience, manage complex situations, and resolve issues with a strategic approach.
- Analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and average payouts across verticals to inform monetization and scaling decisions.
- Handle full-cycle traffic sales, including negotiating with partners, structuring deals, and ensuring contractual execution. Implement automation workflows, campaign scaling frameworks, and optimization rules to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, revenue projections, and ensure execution against commercial plans.
- Maintain strong communication and cooperation with platform representatives to secure better performance, insights, and support.
- Stay current with market trends, new technologies, and emerging business opportunities.
- Actively represent the company at industry conferences and events, maintaining visibility and credibility among key leadgen players.
- Maintain strong operational discipline: CRM, documentation, performance frameworks, and knowledge sharing inside the team.
- Prepare and present strategic reports, dashboards, and insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading leadgen verticals, managing both sales and media buying across mainstream dating, insurance (auto, health, home), home services, sweepstakes, finance leadgen, and search arbitrage.
- Deep expertise in advertising on social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, NewsBreak) and search media platforms (Google, Microsoft).
- Proven track record managing monthly budgets of $100K+, through direct buying or optimization strategies.
- Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, design hypothesis-driven tests (creatives, bidding, funnels), and provide actionable insights.
- Understanding tracking and attribution systems, including Pixel, CAPI, UTMs, and server-to-server integrations.
- Experience in developing, executing, and scaling multi-geo acquisition strategies, traffic-selling approaches, and campaign optimization frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas, resolve workplace conflicts, and maintain effective collaboration.
- Strong understanding of monetization and scaling decisions, including competitor analysis, average payout evaluation, and market dynamics.
- Skilled in implementing automation workflows, campaign scaling frameworks, and optimization rules to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.
- Experience providing accurate sales forecasts, revenue projections, and executing against commercial plans.
- Excellent collaboration and communication with internal teams and platform representatives to secure better performance, insights, and support.
- Ability to prepare and present strategic reports, dashboards, and insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Advanced English or higher.
