About the Position

Team Lead Personaldispo (m/w/d) Crew & Resource Management

RIEDEL Communications, a leading provider of live production tools in media, sports, and entertainment, is seeking a Team Lead Personaldispo (m/w/d) Crew & Resource Management to join our team in Wuppertal, Germany. In this key role, you will ensure that our freelancers and employees are deployed globally where exceptional productions take place.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of five in personnel deployment and freelancer management.
Manage the needs-based deployment and coordination of internal and external employees for national and international projects.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Project Management, and technical experts to ensure optimal resource planning and smooth project execution.
Strategically expand our freelancer network, maintain sustainable relationships, and recruit qualified external professionals.
Continuously develop and optimize existing deployment and planning systems, such as EasyJob, to enhance internal processes for efficiency and quality.
Plan, coordinate, and organize training and qualification measures for external employees and support their successful integration into projects.

Requirements

Several years of experience in personnel deployment, scheduling, or resource management, ideally in a technology or project-driven environment.
Proven leadership experience in team management or a similar role.
Knowledge of labor law and ideally the AÜG and contract drafting with freelancers.
Organizational talent, structured work approach, and strong communication skills.
Industry knowledge in the event/project business is advantageous.
Very good German and English skills (C1), MS Office proficiency, EasyJob knowledge is a plus.
Willingness to regularly be present at the Wuppertal location.
