What You Will Do

• Lead a Team to Success: You will lead one of our Professional Services teams with currently 6 employees, set clear goals and priorities, and create structures for measurable results.
• Manage Your Own Projects: You are not only a leader but also a project manager. Up to 50% of your time will be spent managing your own customer projects – especially those with high complexity or strategic importance – and ensuring their successful implementation.
• Take Responsibility in Escalations: When things get critical in other projects, you step in, quickly get an overview, and work with the project team to get the right issues back on track.
• Develop People: You coach your team members, provide clear and constructive feedback, and support them in their professional and personal growth.
• Shape Professional Services: You not only develop your team but also shape the further development of our Professional Services organization and actively contribute your ideas to Univention.
• Foster a High-Performing Team: You create an environment where people are eager to take on responsibility, support each other, and achieve ambitious goals together.
• Work Across Departments: You work closely with other departments, ensuring clear communication, smooth collaboration, and a shared focus on our goals.

What You Bring

• Leadership Experience: You have experience in leading and developing teams and lead with clarity, empathy, and a good sense for different people and situations.
• Project Management: You have already led complex customer projects independently and can maintain an overview even with many stakeholders, different interests, and challenging conditions.
• Experience in Multi-Stakeholder Projects: You coordinate customers, partners, and internal teams confidently, communicate clearly, and keep the threads together even in complex projects.
• Crisis Management: You stay calm even in critical project situations, quickly identify what is important, and lead teams and stakeholders safely through challenging situations.
• Analytical Skills and Technical Curiosity: You think structured, quickly grasp complex relationships, and can also familiarize yourself with technically demanding topics.

Desirable:

• Technical Knowledge: You have experience with IT infrastructures, ideally in Linux environments or in the field of Identity & Access Management.
• Open-Source Experience: You know the working methods and culture of the open-source world and have already actively participated in open-source projects or communities.
• Remote Leadership: You have experience in leading teams that predominantly work remotely.
