1KOMMA5° Commercial, Industrial & Public Solutions GmbH is seeking a Team Lead for New Energy Projects to manage large-scale renewable energy projects in Germany, focusing on PV, BESS, LIS, and EMS. This role is available in Hamburg, Berlin, München and can be performed remotely.

Responsibilities
- Total responsibility for the successful implementation of New Energy large-scale projects (PV, BESS, LIS, EMS) in terms of budget, time, quality, and safety.
- Leadership of a project management team and active establishment of structures and capacities.
- Proactive identification, evaluation, and management of risks at the project and portfolio levels, serving as the first escalation point for the team.
- Fostering a solution-oriented team culture in collaboration with adjacent departments.
- Ensuring compliance with guidelines and quality standards, and promoting continuous learning within the team.
- Results-oriented stakeholder management with clients, grid operators, service providers, authorities, and internal planning departments to ensure successful project implementation.
- Design, setup, and execution of a meaningful weekly status reporting.
Requirements
- Completed studies in (industrial) engineering, renewable energies, or a comparable technical qualification with strong commercial understanding.
- Several years of demonstrable experience in the technical implementation of EPC projects in the commercial & industrial sector and solid knowledge of rooftop PV systems.
- Proven experience in leading project teams and a passion for actively building new team structures.
- Hands-on attitude, high decision-making ability, and the composure to maintain a long-term perspective even in dynamic high-pressure phases.
- Sovereign demeanor in technical negotiations with partners, investors, and authorities, as well as fluent German and English language skills.
