Team Lead Retention

About the Position

We are seeking a Team Lead Retention to develop and execute retention strategies for our fast-growing business group. This role is remote and offers the opportunity to be part of a multicultural team of top professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute retention strategies to improve customer engagement and reduce churn.
• Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
• Segment audiences and personalize communications/promotions based on user behavior and data insights.
• Analyze campaign performance, run A/B tests, and optimize for key KPIs (LTV, retention, churn).
• Collaborate with Product, BI, and Creative teams to ensure consistent and effective user experiences.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in retention, CRM, or lifecycle marketing roles.
• Experience in segmentation, customer journey mapping, and lifecycle communication.
• Background in industries such as e-commerce, iGaming, fintech, SaaS, or mobile apps is a strong plus.
• Experience in drafting and conducting marketing activities for player retention and return.
• Knowledge and ability to calculate the economy of the basic mechanics of bonuses, tournaments, lotteries, daily quests.
• Strong English skills, with the ability to write and communicate briefs and tasks.
• Experience with client segmentation, preferably RFM.
• Knowledge of marketing and niche metrics: CvR, Margin, LTV, ARPU, RR, GGR, NGR, etc.
• Understanding of basic approaches to A/B testing and hypothesis testing to optimize marketing activities.
• Experience working with analytics tools: GA, Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio.
• Knowledge of market and competitor analysis methods.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with leading game and slot providers, as well as the iGaming product landscape.
• Strong understanding of casino player behavior, user lifecycles, and effective retention techniques.
• Awareness of key sports commonly featured in betting lines, including major teams, clubs, and athletes.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, customer support, and user acquisition.
