Team Lead SEO

About the Position

We’re looking for a SEO Team Lead ready to build a strong team, design a large-scale SEO strategy, and drive traffic growth across hundreds of websites in Western markets.

Responsibilities

• Building and managing an SEO team (Junior/Middle/Senior SEO specialists, content writers, PMs).
• Developing and implementing SEO strategies across hundreds of microsites.
• Monitoring key metrics: traffic, rankings, FTD, backlinks, and expenses.
• Structuring the SEO department: processes, reporting, and KPIs.
• Handling large volumes of websites, domains, and content.
• Implementing automation and tools for SEO analytics.
• Communicating with other departments: production, content, link-building, and business development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of SEO experience targeting Western markets (Tier 1/2).
• Proven case studies in highly competitive niches (iGaming, finance, crypto, betting, etc.).
• Experience building SEO strategies from scratch and driving projects to measurable results.
• Team management experience in SEO or related fields.
• Proficiency with large datasets: Google Sheets, SQL, or similar.
• Advanced use of tools: Ahrefs, Semrush, Similarweb, Screaming Frog.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO optimization.
• Hands-on experience with custom CMS and WordPress.

Nice to Have

• Experience with mass site launches (PBNs, site networks, automated systems, content generation).
• Knowledge of automation tools: Zennoposter, A-Parser, AI bots, API integrations.
• Building custom link-building strategies with diverse link types.
• Experience in mass content generation for various goals and methods.
• Background in high-risk verticals: gambling, betting, crypto, dating.
• Setup and management of TDS systems and analytics tools (GSC, GA).
