About the Position
We are seeking a Team Lead SEO with 3-5 years of commercial experience in the iGaming industry to manage SEO strategies and projects remotely.
Responsibilities
Project Results Management
- Control the development and implementation of SEO strategies for projects
- Identify and scale growth points
- Monitor the achievement of KPIs for all SEO projects in the team
- Regularly audit project status: positions, traffic, business metrics
- Timely detection of declines and organization of work to address them
- Forecasting results and timely adjustment of strategies
Team Management
- Coordination and control of SEO specialists to achieve project KPIs
- Distribution of projects among specialists considering their level, workload, and development areas
- Quality control of specialists' work
- Conducting regular 1:1 meetings
- Development of the team's professional expertise
- Participation in hiring and onboarding new employees
- Conducting performance reviews: assessing competencies, setting goals
Process Management
- Implementation and support of best practices in the team's work
- Ensuring that all SEO work is performed systematically and timely, leading to the achievement of set KPIs
- Standardization and control of work documentation
- Improving team efficiency
- Identifying bottlenecks in processes and initiating improvements
Budget and Resource Management
- Control of project expenses within the agreed budget
- Evaluation of budget efficiency
Cross-Team Interaction
Coordination with teams:
- Product team
- Development team
- Content team
- Linkbuilding team
- Marketing team

Requirements
Mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a managerial position
- 3-5 years of commercial experience in the iGaming industry
SEO Expertise
- Deep understanding of search engine principles
- Expert knowledge of Google ranking factors and algorithms, ability to adapt to updates
- Experience in developing and implementing SEO strategies
- Experience working in highly competitive niches
- Experience managing large-scale projects
- Ability to analyze traffic dynamics, identify causes of decline, and develop recovery plans
- Experience with specific SEO challenges in iGaming: blocking, dropped domains, migrations, satellite sites, cloaking
- Ability to conduct technical audits and effectively assign tasks to development teams
- Experience conducting A/B testing of SEO hypotheses: idea formation, implementation, and evaluation of results
Strategic Thinking
- Ability to build long-term SEO strategies
- Understanding the impact of SEO on business metrics
- Ability to find growth opportunities and implement them
- Data-driven decision-making skills
- Deep understanding of business priorities
Team and Project Management
- Experience managing an SEO team (or mentoring specialists)

- Ability to distribute projects considering team workload and competencies
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously (focus on management, not direct execution)
- Skills in managing backlog: prioritization, deadline control, and risk management
