About the Position
We are seeking a Team Lead SEO to join our team. This role involves managing SEO strategies and leading a team in a remote setting. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of commercial experience in the iGaming industry.
Responsibilities

Project Results Management
- Oversee the development and implementation of SEO strategies for projects.
- Identify and scale growth opportunities.
- Monitor KPI achievement across all SEO projects.
- Regularly audit project status: positions, traffic, business metrics.
- Detect declines in a timely manner and organize corrective actions.
- Forecast results and adjust strategies promptly.
- Coordinate and monitor the work of SEO specialists to achieve project KPIs.
- Allocate projects among specialists considering their level, workload, and growth areas.
- Ensure quality control of specialists' work.
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings.
- Develop the team's professional expertise.
- Participate in hiring and onboarding new employees.
- Conduct performance reviews: assess competencies, set goals.

Process Management
- Implement and maintain best practices within the team.
- Ensure all SEO work is performed systematically and on time, leading to the achievement of set KPIs.
- Standardize and control work documentation.
- Improve team efficiency.
- Identify process bottlenecks and initiate improvements.
- Manage budgets and resources.
- Monitor project expenses within the agreed budget.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of budget expenditures.
- Cross-team collaboration.

Requirements
SEO Expertise
- Deep understanding of search engine principles.
- Expert knowledge of Google ranking factors and algorithms, with the ability to adapt to updates.
- Experience in developing and implementing SEO strategies.
- Experience working in highly competitive niches.
- Experience managing large-scale projects.
- Ability to analyze traffic dynamics, identify causes of decline, and develop recovery plans.
- Experience with iGaming-specific SEO tasks: blocks, dropped domains, migrations, satellite sites, cloaking.
- Ability to conduct technical audits and effectively assign tasks to development teams.
- Experience conducting A/B testing of SEO hypotheses: idea formation, implementation, and result evaluation.
Strategic Thinking
- Ability to build long-term SEO strategies.
- Understanding of the impact of SEO on business metrics.
- Ability to find growth opportunities and implement them.
- Data-driven decision-making skills.
- Deep understanding of business priorities.
Team and Project Management
- Experience managing an SEO team (or mentoring specialists).
- Skills in developing and professionally growing team members.

- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously (focusing on management rather than task execution).
- Skills in backlog management: prioritization, deadline control, and risk management.
- Ability to effectively delegate tasks with quality control (without micromanagement).
