About the Position

Team Lead - Surveillance Controller

We are seeking a Team Leader Surveillance Operator to join our team at ARRISE. This role involves monitoring and analyzing physical and online gaming environments, ensuring compliance with security protocols and industry standards. Responsibilities include verifying incidents, analyzing roulette wheel deviations, and testing surveillance systems for bugs or performance issues. The role involves creating reports, maintaining logs, and promptly reporting suspicious activities while collaborating with QA teams to enhance system reliability. This position demands strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

  • Incident Verification and Resolution: Analyze and verify studio-reported incidents, ensuring timely resolution. Prepare assistance reports for potential disciplinary actions or staff evaluations.
  • Roulette Wheel and System Analysis: Perform detailed analysis of roulette wheels to detect deviations beyond accepted standards, ensuring the integrity of gameplay. Operate security systems to monitor and maintain high levels of surveillance.
  • Surveillance and Testing: Conduct routine and advanced testing of online gaming surveillance software, identifying bugs, errors, or defects. Collaborate with QA teams and developers to ensure system accuracy and functionality.
  • Report Creation and Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and logs, documenting activities, incidents, and testing results to ensure transparency and proper record keeping.
  • Premises and Online Security Monitoring: Perform physical inspections and monitor online platforms for suspicious activities, reporting violations to management immediately.
  • System Performance Monitoring: Regularly verify and validate the performance of online gaming surveillance systems. Recommend improvements and updates based on performance analysis.

Requirements

  • Industry Experience: At least 2 years as a Team Leader Surveillance Operator in the iGaming industry or with live products or a similar experience related to fraud or risk.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to operate and maintain surveillance software tools, including video monitor consoles and security devices.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong skills to perform detailed analysis of roulette wheels and online gaming activities, identifying deviations and suspicious activity.
  • Communication and Reporting: Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to create accurate reports and maintain logs.
  • Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including 8-hour shifts and weekends, to meet business needs.
  • Software Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 for reporting, communication, and document management.

  • Advanced Roulette Wheel Expertise: Experience with technical analysis and calibration of roulette wheels to ensure gaming accuracy.
  • Surveillance Technology Knowledge: Familiarity with advanced surveillance tools and software for improved system performance.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in an additional language for enhanced communication across teams and regions.
