About the Position
We are seeking a Team Lead System Development (m/f/o) to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing technical and disciplinary leadership to a team, with approximately 30% management duties and 70% operational work.
Responsibilities
- Providing technical and disciplinary leadership to the team
- Analysis and evaluation of customer requirements, product concepts, and specifications
- Creation and coordination of system requirements, system architectures, and technical interfaces
- Close collaboration with project management, other development teams, and quality management
- Linking requirements, risks, technical measures, and verification evidence
- Evaluation of technical changes and support for system integration, verification, and technical reviews
- Establishing and further developing operational system development methods, processes, and tools
Requirements
- A successfully completed technical degree in medical technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, computer engineering, or a comparable field
- 2–3 years of experience in disciplinary and/or technical leadership
- Several years of experience in technical product development, ideally in the field of medical devices or other regulated products
- Experience in requirements engineering, system architectures, risk analysis, system integration, and verification
- In-depth understanding of regulated development processes, e.g., FDA, MDR, design control
- A structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach to work, with a passion for establishing and refining processes
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, as well as excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
