Founded by a group of entrepreneurs, engineers, managers, and technology enthusiasts with previous experience in several international technology companies, including Petcube, a global leader in pet cameras and software. The company's products, including thermal imaging cameras Kurbas, Svitlych, and others, are named after prominent figures of the "Executed Renaissance" and "Sixtiers" - Ukrainian intellectuals of the 20th century persecuted and destroyed by the Soviet regime. Odd Systems has offices in Ukraine, the USA, and the EU.

Responsibilities

1. Team Management

• Distribution of orders and workload among team members.
• Setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
• Onboarding, training, and development of new and current team members.
• Conducting regular 1:1 and team meetings.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of the team and individual employees.

2. Support for Complex and Critical Cases

• Direct involvement in non-standard, critical, or risky deliveries.
• Decision-making in situations beyond standard procedures.
• Escalation and resolution of conflicts with suppliers, transport companies, and internal customers.

3. Operational Control and Quality of Processes

• Monitoring adherence to delivery deadlines within SLA across the team.
• Monitoring key metrics (delivery times, number of delays, quality of document flow).
• Identifying systemic issues in procurement, logistics, and warehouse processes.
• Implementing improvements in team workflows.

4. Coordination with Other Departments

• Interaction with the production, warehouse, finance, planning, and accounting teams to align priorities.
• Representing the logistics team's interests in cross-functional meetings.
• Ensuring transparency of delivery statuses for company stakeholders.

5. Reporting and Analytics

• Preparing summary reports on team performance (volumes, deadlines, problem areas).
• Analyzing the causes of systemic delays and proposing solutions.
• Forecasting team workload and resource needs.

6. Process Development

• Standardizing procedures for working with suppliers and ERP systems.
• Optimizing document flow and warehouse processes.
• Participating in the selection of new team members.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• Higher education.
• Experience in logistics, procurement, or operational support of at least 5 years.
• Team management experience (formal or informal) is a significant advantage.

Competencies and Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, experience with ERP systems.
• Understanding of the full procurement and delivery cycle - from order placement to warehouse receipt.
• People management skills: task setting, feedback, team motivation.
• Ability to make decisions under uncertainty and time pressure.
• Strong communication skills for working with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments.
• Systematic, responsible, and proactive.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in hardware companies or manufacturing companies.
• Experience in building or scaling logistics processes.
• Experience working with transport companies and warehouse management.
