Job Description
Linked to the operational manager, you manage a team of dock agents with a focus on performance.
Concretely, what does the job entail?
Organizing and optimizing the various dock activities:
- Mastering the operational processes and fundamental tools of the logistics site
- Ensuring and coordinating staffing according to the needs of the activity
- Being the privileged contact person for transporters on a daily basis
- Organizing the sorting plan based on the activity
- Monitoring and analyzing performance indicators, and ensuring the implementation of action plans
- Reporting anomalies and disruptions
Managing your team:
- Preparing and leading the start-up, and sharing information with your team
- Following the integration of your employees, ensuring the development of their skills, and leading individual discussions
- Promoting team spirit and the quality of a good social climate
- Checking compliance with the regulations governing dock activities
You perform all your tasks with respect for safety and cleanliness regulations.
