Responsibilities

• Building and managing a team responsible for the sales and delivery of recruitment services
• Supporting the team through independent sales and delivery of recruitment services
• Conducting implementations and training for new team members
• Actively participating in the development of the branch by presenting your own ideas and fulfilling tasks agreed with the Branch Manager

Requirements

• Focus on achieving personal and team goals
• Experience in working with a team, particularly in building motivation and supporting team tasks
• Very good organization of personal work and the ability to set goals and priorities for oneself and the team
• Minimum 3 years of experience in independent sales and delivery of recruitment services supported by successes
• Communicative knowledge of English will be an additional asset
• Category B driving license
