About the Position
Team Leader Quality Control
Join Etchform BV, a successful and well-established company, as a Team Leader Quality Control to oversee and enhance our quality control processes in a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Leading, guiding, and coaching the QC team to ensure correct and timely execution of all quality controls
- Monitoring planning and progress to achieve departmental goals
- Developing and improving control and testing procedures
- Inspecting ongoing production and finished products (visual, dimensional inspection, specific tests)
- Programming and performing measurements with 2D/3D measuring machines
- Creating (FAI) measurement reports and processing measurement results
Requirements
- Technical education, MBO+ or HBO level
- Several years of leadership experience in QC areas in production
- Knowledge of geometric measurement techniques
- Experience with 2D/3D measuring machines
- Proactive, structured way of working, setting priorities
- Precise, quality-conscious, committed
- Very good English skills, German skills an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office
- Cooperative, flexible demeanor
