Responsibilities

Main Mission:

The Team Leader is responsible for coordinating and managing the SCEE/SCMA team, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with company standards. They play a key role in reporting to the project manager and the client and in the continuous improvement of business processes.

Objectives:

• Ensure that the deliverables meet the defined quality criteria.
• Ensure that deliverables are completed efficiently and within the deadlines.
• Implement continuous improvement processes to optimize work methodologies.

Main Activities:

Team Management:

• Supervise, guide, and motivate the team.
• Plan tasks according to project priorities.
• Evaluate team performance and identify training needs based on the Skills Matrix.
• Facilitate communication between the project manager (PM) and the team.
• Review team leave requests and validate them in consultation with the PM + validation imputation.

Coordination of Activities:

• Support the team's skill development.
• Main client entry point in Morocco on operational issues.
• Ensure the production of KPIs requested by the client.
• Ensure the weekly reporting of the SCEE/SCMA team in the ALTENOVA tool.
• Production of internal production KPIs of the team.
• Co-animate the COPROJ.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) in their area of responsibility.
• Document processes and update operating ranges + mapping of activities.
• Capitalize on different crises.
• Track detected anomalies and ensure their timely resolution.

Process Improvement:

Propose improvements to the methodologies of activities if necessary.

Requirements

Profile:

• Bac +5 in industrial engineering or logistics.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Experience in team management.
• Experience in supplier management.
• Transport, Incoterms.
• Knowledge of the automotive world and Supply Chain (Inbound, Outbound) Factory and Trade.
• Autonomy in the use of Excel.
• Meeting facilitation skills.
• Writing skills.
• Relational ease, initiative.
• English proficiency (independent).
