Responsibilities

• Managing a workshop team of approximately 50 employees and ensuring the achievement of departmental goals
• Actively participating in the recruitment process for new team members and continuously developing and coaching subordinate employees
• Providing technical support in the areas of repairs, maintenance, service, and diagnostics of vehicles, as well as assisting in the implementation of new service methods
• Seeking and implementing organizational improvements in the workshop based on professional experience
• Conducting internal quality controls and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards

Requirements

• Higher education in the field of mechanics and holding a master's title (Kfz-Meister) or a willingness to obtain the mentioned qualifications
• Very good knowledge of the German language (knowledge of English will be an additional asset)
• Several years of experience in a managerial position
• High technical competence and excellent skills in vehicle mechanics
• Organized and responsible work style, as well as passion for management, coaching, and motivating the team
• Proficiency in using a computer
