About the Position
askblue is currently recruiting a Team Leader .NET to lead and manage our internal team developing client solutions in Lisboa.
Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Guide and inspire a team of .NET developers, providing technical leadership and mentorship to promote professional growth and technical excellence.
- Software Architecture and Design: Design and implement efficient and high-quality software architectures, ensuring best practices.
- Development: Actively contribute to the development of high-quality code in C#/.NET, ensuring timely delivery.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to optimize processes, adopt new technologies, and enhance development efficiency.
Requirements
- Solid experience in.NET/C# development, including frameworks such as.NET Core/.NET 6 or higher.
- Proven track record in technical leadership.
- Strong understanding of software architecture.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
