About the Role

Your tasks include:

• You are the central contact person for our instructors in the retraining program, because you...
• Lead and develop a team of instructors in the retraining area (focus: IT specialist) on a professional level.
• Support and promote the professional and personal development of your employees.
• Ensure and secure the quality of teaching and the continuous development of our teaching concepts and formats.
• Manage the creation, development, and updating of teaching materials for IT retraining and support IT further education if necessary.
• Work closely with other departments to continuously develop processes, coordination with the IHK, processes, and offers.
• Have experience in teaching and accompanying retrainees from lectures to project work to support in the application process.

In short: You ensure that our retraining works – professionally sound, humanly accompanied.

Your Profile

You bring:

• A completed vocational training, ideally in the IT environment, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in IHK-supported retraining and teaching, ideally in the guidance and training of IT specialists.
• Practical professional experience in the IT environment.
• Experience in professional guidance or development, ideally of instructors.
• Solid subject matter expertise in at least one of the following areas: software development, IT infrastructure, data analysis, process management, or digitalization.
• Strong didactic and communicative skills and a passion for conveying knowledge in an understandable and practical way.
• An attentive, appreciative, and participant-oriented attitude.
• Very good German language skills in speech and writing.

This would be a plus:

• AEVO-Schein (AdA), Train the Trainer, or a comparable pedagogical qualification.
• Experience with digital learning formats and learning management systems.
• Experience in the creation and production of teaching content, including teaching materials, learning target controls, exams, exercises, etc.
