Team Manager

About the Position

We are looking for a Team Manager to join our team in Moreno, Argentina, ensuring operational excellence and employee engagement. As part of continuous growth, you will manage, supervise, and engage a team of Game Presenters, building strong team spirit and ensuring a flawless employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise, and engage a team of Game Presenters
• Develop the team by organizing and leading trainings according to current needs
• On-board newcomers to ensure a seamless employee experience
• Handle disciplinary cases and manage ad hoc situations
• Continuously manage the team to deliver required results
• Manage various requests of team members in a timely manner
• Establish and foster cross-departmental cooperation
• Analyze employee data and manage monthly bonus distribution
• Work with company’s internal systems (JIRA, TTS, WIKI, etc.)
• Manage projects set by direct managers and propose beneficial initiatives

Requirements

• Team management experience is considered an advantage but is not mandatory. Good potential to lead, develop, motivate, and engage team members
• Good knowledge of English language
• Excellent communication skills, leadership potential, and good problem-solving skills
• Proactive and results-driven approach, logical thinking, and decisiveness in decision-making
• Availability to work 100% on-site in Moreno
• Availability to work rotating shifts: Morning (6 AM - 2 PM), Afternoon (2 PM - 10 PM), and Night (10 PM - 6 AM)
