About the Position
We are looking for a well-organized and active person to join our team as a Team Manager. In this role, you will ensure operational excellence, management, and development of the Game Presenters' team.
Responsibilities
- Manage, supervise, and engage a team of Game Presenters, fostering strong team spirit
- Develop the team by organizing and leading trainings according to current needs
- On-board newcomers, ensuring a flawless employee experience from the start
- Handle disciplinary cases and manage ad hoc situations
- Continuously manage the team to deliver required results
- Manage various requests from team members and handle them in a timely manner
- Establish and foster cross-departmental cooperation
- Analyze employee data and manage monthly bonus distribution
- Work with company’s internal systems (JIRA, TTS, WIKI, etc.)
- Manage projects set by direct managers, proposing initiatives that would benefit the department
Requirements
- Team management experience is considered an advantage but is not mandatory. Good potential to lead, develop, motivate, and engage team members
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Excellent communication skills, leadership potential, and good problem-solving skills
- Proactive and results-driven approach, logical thinking, and decisiveness in decision-making
- Availability to work 100% on-site in Moreno.
- Availability to work rotating shifts: Morning (6 AM - 2 PM), Afternoon (2 PM - 10 PM), and Night (10 PM - 6 AM).
