WHY BOX NEEDS YOU

製造、小売、流通、社会インフラ等の大手民間企業（従業員数2000名以上）をカバーする Enterprise Solutions Engineeringチームのマネジメントを担当し、日本市場におけるBoxの成長とEnterprise顧客の変革を牽引していただきます。

営業・カスタマーサクセス・コンサルティング・パートナー・米国本社のプロダクト／エンジニアリングをつなぎ、Content + AIの価値を大手企業の業務成果へ変換するリーダーです。

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Enterprise Solutions Engineeringチームの採用、育成、コーチングを行い、専門性と心理的安全性を備えたハイパフォーマンス組織を構築する
営業リーダーと共同でテリトリー／アカウント戦略を策定し、パイプライン、案件品質、技術的な勝ち筋、予測精度を高める
ディスカバリー、技術的適格性評価、価値仮説、デモ、ワークショップ、PoC、RFP対応から導入・拡張までのSEプロセスを標準化し、スケールさせる
Box AI、AIエージェント、AI Studio、検索／Deep Research、非構造化コンテンツからのデータ抽出、ワークフロー自動化を組み合わせた提案をレビュー・支援する
コンテンツ分類、アクセス制御、脅威対策、監査、データレジデンシーなど、Enterpriseのセキュリティ／コンプライアンスおよびAIガバナンス要件に対する提案品質を高める
日本市場の顧客インサイト、競合情報、製品フィードバックを整理し、プロダクトマネジメント／エンジニアリングへ届け、優先順位付けと実行を支援する
地域カンファレンス、BoxWorks、顧客イベント、パートナーセミナー等でContent + AI／ICMの市場啓発をリードし、Boxの思考リーダーシップを高める
営業、CSM、コンサルティング、プロフェッショナルサービス、パートナーと連携し、導入後の定着・利活用・拡張まで含む顧客成功を実現する

Box ではコミュニティと対面でのコラボレーションを重要視していてます。Box の社員（Boxers）は、少なくとも毎週3日間以上はオフィスで勤務することが求められます。選考プロセスの中で、リクルーターが働き方や企業文化についてさらに詳しくご説明します。

2年以上のSolutions Engineering／プリセールスチームのピープルマネジメント経験（採用、目標設定、評価、育成を含む）
クラウド、SaaS、セキュリティ、エンタープライズアーキテクチャ、SaaS連携、AI／自動化の複数領域に関する実務知識
大手企業への複雑なハイタッチ型提案、経営層・技術意思決定者との合意形成、パートナー／アライアンス協業の成功実績
技術的な深さとビジネス視点を行き来し、複雑な内容を明快に伝え、チームと顧客双方から信頼を得られるリーダーシップ
Hungry, Humble, Smartの姿勢で、変化の速いAI市場を学び続け、強いオーナーシップで成果を生み出す意欲
ネイティブレベルまたはビジネスレベル以上の日本語、およびグローバルチームと協働できる英語力（読み書き）
