About the Position

Boozt Media Partnership is seeking a Team Manager | BMP Sales to join our Copenhagen HQ. This role is pivotal in driving sales and leading our BMP sales team to new heights.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and challenge the sales team to deliver against ambitious targets.
Own and grow a portfolio of key clients, building trust and acting as a strategic partner to drive larger, long-term investments.
Drive sales performance across both your own portfolio and the wider team.
Navigate and manage internal stakeholders, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure our retail media offerings align with broader business goals.
Identify and drive upselling and new revenue opportunities.
Use pipeline, CRM, and performance data to forecast, prioritize, and grow the business.

Requirements

5+ years of sales experience within media, digital advertising, or a similar commercial environment.
Leadership experience or a strong track record of coaching and developing others.
A true salesperson with a strong performance and target-driven mindset.
Experience working with KPIs, CRM, pipeline management, and forecasting.
Strong commercial understanding and experience with upselling.
High energy, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate others.
Fluent in English.
