About the Position
We are looking for an experienced Team / Tech Lead Python Developer to join a stable long-term project. This position is intended for long-term cooperation and we are looking for a professional who is ready to grow with the project and strengthen the team for years ahead.

About the Project
The project is focused on collecting and processing data for sports games to provide high-quality Data-as-a-Service solutions for other platforms and services. It is a large-scale data collection and processing platform with multiple scraping and parsing tasks, real-time data handling, and continuous improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Python developers
- Design and implement scalable backend services
- Oversee system architecture and technical decision-making
- Manage and mentor junior developers
Requirements
Experience:
- At least 8 years of overall commercial development experience
- Proven experience in a Team Lead / Tech Lead role
- Strong background in system architecture and technical decision-making
Technical Skills:
- Strong experience with Python
- Website scraping & parsing
- FastAPI
- WebSockets
- Asynchronous programming
- Object-oriented programming (OOP)
- Experience with databases
- SQL Server
- Redis
Language: Fluent English (both written and spoken)
Working Schedule
- Israel’s working hours, from Sunday to Thursday
- Friday & Saturday – days off
