Gambit Consulting GmbH is seeking a Teamlead for SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) in a full-time position in Troisdorf, Nordrhein-Westfalen, DE.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the implementation of SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), SAP Datasphere, and modern analytics and reporting solutions throughout all project phases
• Analyze technical requirements, design data models, and develop data-driven solutions for management and departments
• Design and implement analytics, dashboard, and reporting solutions as well as the integration of SAP and non-SAP data sources
• Conduct workshops with departments and management, identify relevant KPIs, and develop robust governance and data strategies
• Manage complex client projects from conception through proof of concepts and implementation to go-live
• Oversee the technical expansion of our SAP Business Data Cloud team, support the development of our employees, and promote knowledge sharing within the team
• Support presales and sales activities, develop new consulting topics around data and analytics, and strategically expand existing client relationships

Requirements

• Several years of experience in implementing SAP Business Data Cloud or comparable SAP Datasphere projects
• Initial team lead experience
• Understanding of business processes and the requirements of management and departments for reporting and corporate governance
• Solid knowledge of SAP Datasphere, data modeling, and data integration
• Familiarity with the virtual data model and CDS-Views in SAP S/4 HANA
• Ideally, experience with SAP Analytics Cloud and modern KPI and dashboard concepts
• Ability to independently conduct workshops, proof of concepts, and effort estimations
• Fluent in German and English
