About the Position
Teamleader Claims Fire & Personal Liability

- Salary: €4837 - €8982 per month
Responsibilities
As a Teamleader Claims Fire & Personal Liability, you will:

Talent Inspiration and Development:
- Provide personal coaching and regular, constructive feedback to your team.
- Stimulate expertise and competency development and conduct evaluation interviews.
- Ensure the quality of files through targeted quality controls with senior file managers.

Performance Management:
- Optimize capacity planning to anticipate future needs.
- Monitor SLAs and productivity, ensuring compliance with agreements.
- Analyze and forecast volumes for a proactive approach, taking responsibility for KPIs.

Change Management:
- Be accountable for optimizing processes to make them simpler and clearer, ensuring successful collaboration between Human & AI.
- Embrace the digitalization and automation of processes and methodologies.
- Actively participate in transformation projects (Operational Excellence) and support continuous improvement.
- Efficiently manage incidents and implement sustainable solutions.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of the insurance sector and a good general understanding of damage cases.
- Bilingual (Dutch-French) with good English skills.
- Proven experience in people management.
- Inspirational and transparent communication skills.
- Ability to listen objectively and distinguish the essential from the non-essential.
- A helicopter view, working on a long-term vision, and hands-on approach to project realization.
- Customer and service-oriented, efficient with an innovative mindset, proactive, and highly organized.
- Natural leadership, organizational skills, and results-oriented.
- Team spirit as a source of energy.
- Ability to work in project mode and lead your team through change.
- Proficient with digital tools and performance indicators.
