As Teamleader Claims Fire & Personal Liability, you will be the driving force behind the performance and continuous development of your team (20 employees). You will combine leadership with operational vision, project management, and the implementation of continuous change within your team.

Responsibilities

Talent Inspiration and Development

You guide your team with personal coaching and regular, constructive feedback.
You stimulate expertise and competency development and conduct evaluation interviews.
You ensure the quality of files through targeted quality controls with senior file managers.

Performance Management

You optimize capacity planning to anticipate future needs.
You monitor SLAs and productivity and ensure compliance with agreements.
You analyze and forecast volumes for a proactive approach, with responsibility for the KPIs.

Change Management

You are accountable for optimizing processes to make them simpler and clearer, ensuring successful collaboration between Human & AI.
You embrace the digitalization and automation of processes and methodologies.
You actively participate in transformation projects (Operational Excellence) and support continuous improvement.
You efficiently manage incidents and implement sustainable solutions.
