What does your day look like?

• You are responsible for a team of employees and support them in their development.
• You are also responsible for the accounting files of the assigned client portfolio.
• You finalize the accounting assignment, check the analyses, figures, and conclusions as documented by the team, and provide expert advice to the Office Lead Partner.
• You identify risks and problems related to the assignment and report these to the Office Lead Partner.
• You handle special or one-off assignments and manage, coordinate, and coach your team, following the general policy within the team.

What knowledge and skills do we expect from you?

• You have just completed a master's or professional bachelor's degree with a specialization in accountancy-fiscality. An additional fiscal training is a plus.
• You have a minimum of ten years of experience in the fiduciary world.
• You easily find your way in digital accounting packages.
• Your clients are mainly Dutch-speaking, so you speak and write Dutch excellently.
• You are a companion at heart: sharing knowledge, going the extra mile together, and a positive attitude characterize you. Combined with your critical attitude and entrepreneurial spirit, our entrepreneurs can always count on you.
