About the Position
TeamLead .NET
We are seeking a TeamLead.NET with 6+ years of experience in development and management roles to join our team. Responsibilities include making technical decisions, managing development processes, and ensuring high-quality output.
Responsibilities
- Make global technical/infrastructure decisions
- Ensure pace and quality of development at the highest possible level
- Define technical product development strategies
- Optimize processes and find new solutions in tools and technologies
- Evaluate the duration and labor intensity of projects
- Control deadlines, assign tasks between teams
- Plan, build, and monitor development processes
- Form teams and interview new employees
- Train and develop employees
- Evaluate employees' performance and make decisions regarding salary levels, reviews
- Generate and maintain a good working atmosphere and motivate employees
- Communicate with other departments
- Seek and implement options to streamline/improve interaction with multiple suppliers
Requirements
- 6+ years experience in development
- Experience in IT in CTO, VP of engineering, Team Lead or similar management/managerial positions
- Experience in team building and management
- Experience in building a development process
- Strong understanding of the Agile model and experience working in agile teams
- Understanding and experience in dealing with sensitive information, understanding the basics of data security and preservation
- Knowledge of spoken English Intermediate (+)
Nice to Have
- Experience in Leasing or Finance, Insurance niches
- Experience working in a product company
- Experience working in a Scrum Master role
- Knowledge of.Net Core and microservices architecture
- Experience with Angular, TypeScript
- Development experience using financial services (payment systems, terminals, etc.) - with multiple vendors

About the Company
The development team consists of 15-20 people, and there is a Data Science Lab team. We currently have two projects up and running and plan to launch some more new markets.
